ACI is pleased to announce the opening of its fifth internationally registered office in Zurich Switzerland. The opening of ACI's fifth office coincides with its thirty fifth conference under the above title. During the two days the topics of discussion will debate on:

	Centralization of Power or Federalism
	The options for establishing an interim government and its duties and responsibilities
