اعتماد سازی: سدها و سرچشمه ها

اعتماد از مهم ترين عوامل کار اجتماعی به ويژه در زمينه های اقتصادی و سياسی است و در ادبيات اقتصادی، نام سرمايه اجتماعی به خود گرفته است. افزايش ده درصدی اعتماد ميان شهروندان 0.1 رشد توليد ملی به دنبال خواهد داشت. بدون اعتماد، افراد انگيزه ای برای همکاری نخواهند داشت و حتی هزينه کار مشترک را پيش از فايده آن می دانند.

 اما اعتماد چگونه ميان افراد ساخته می شود، چگونه از ميان می رود و به چه طريق می توان آن دوباره برای همکاری ميان افراد برقرار کرد؟
